My grievance is with the website: https://mybookings.easemytrip.com/
I had booked return flight tickets from dehradun to jaipur yesterday evening and Rs 6323 was deducted from my bank account at 6:53pm but there were no tickets booked. I called the call centre at 9:11pm yesterday which they answered after a long delay and they said it was an error and they will send a message for refund of money in an hour. However until now I have not received any message or refund of my money. Please help.
