Complaint Details
Ordered Domino pizza from the app on 19th September 2019 at 06.24pm with order no. 138. As per the company claim of 30min delivery or free.
I did not receive the order and after 30min, I called the customer care and post that my order was dispatched. I received the order after an hour.
Registered complaint on Domino customer care with Complaint no.11206757.
I was assured that the restaurant manager will call be within 24hours and now it's more than 58 hours I have not heard any single call from the Restaurant manager.
The company is not giving any info on the refund process.
