I took the clock on 22/07/2019, the clock was shutting down like this, 5 times in the last 2 months, the clock went off so I went to the shop to show it, they took it as a clock fix.
I had a scan copy of the receipt,
But now the shop keeper is saying that without a hard copy of the receipt the clock will not give up
