Dear Sir/Madam,
Durex India had a offer to provide flat 50 discount for all purchases on their website (www.durexindia.com) on Mens day - the 19th-NOV-2019.
I availed the offer and bought some products - Reference R085479580, Durex India: Order DX39496.
However, as per their assurance of delivery within 4-6 days, it has been more than 9-10 days and the products have NOT been delivered to me till the time of lodging this complaint.
I have written several emails to them and tried reaching their helpline numbers and they are NOT providing any information about when would I receive my ordered products.
Could you please assist in getting this resolved at the earliest.
