Complaint Details
I have given my Yamaha Ray bike (TN02AW2710) on 23d Dec 2019 and I have been told that the vehicle will be ready by 3rd Jan 2020, But until today I have not received my bike and they are least bothered to update me about the status, whenever I call or visit them, they have standard dialogue that the spares will come in a day and vehicle will be given back to me very next day.. But there tomorrow is never dies.. I really stressed following -up with them, since bike is not there I have to take my car wherever I want to travel and my travel cost is almost tripled in last 2 months. Nobody is there to take ownership and provide me solution. Really frustrated with their response and service.
