I purchase the product in month of feb 2011, and in middle of June 2011 I made service request. service center guy came & misguided us saying your filters are gone bad, it is not safe to use, currently water is not getting purified & as a precautions my parents ask him to change it. Service center took 655 RS from my parent but did gave any bill instead of that he just filled & gave the activity report. But when I come to know about this I remembered that at the time purchasing the product salesman confirm that “this product has feature of locking system as if the water filters are gone bad it won’t release water. So made complaint on Euro Helpline on 28/29 June 2011 & during the phone call I enquired if 'AquaSure Crystal' product has the feature of water locking system or not & EURO HELPLINE lady confirmed that it is there. So I ask them to either give me 655 RS back ( because service center guy deceive by giving wrong info but water filers ) or you replace water purifier as it is not functioning correctly. Since then I have making call on EURO HELPLINE but till date I have not received any reply. To my surprise they have also closed my 1st complaint no. 85032909, so I ask them to get new complaint no. 85130414.
I already made a complain in company but still didn't get any solution. please take corrective action as soon as possible.
