Very poor customer service by Jodhpur branch, no resolution for any complaints even after 15-20 days and so many follow ups and even though the product is in warranty the co. officers are charging for the parts and thereafter replacing the used parts. Every one in the area is facing this problem and the same is raised so many times to Co also but no revert.
