We have entered into AMC for a year for servicing of Acquaguard. complaint number registered 85139230 on 12/7/2011.was given the assurance that it will be rectified the next day. 13 days have passed and everyday i call up the callcentre and am given the false assurance. They are not ready to forward my complaint to higher ups.
