I had booked a visit online for aqua guard purifier. their sales executive named Satish Yadav came to our house. we wanted to purchase an Aqua Sure model, but he pursuaded us to buy the Aqua Guard model, as according to him that was better than Aqua Sure(both Aqua Sure and Aqua Guard are products from Eureka Forbes). the purifier he offered was more than our budget, but because of his continuous persuasion, we agreed for the compact model of Aqua Guard. He took a check of Rs.7100 from us and gave us a receipt and said he will fit the aquaguard in 2 days. when asked why so, he said its the company's procedure. he said the original bill and the guarantee card will be provided along with that. he did came in two days and fitted the model, but as i was not at my home, he fooled my parents and fitted a faulty model and took the box back with him. for bill and guarantee card he said, it will be sent by courier in one week.
after one week when i called him he said he will get the bill himself, but he didn't. i raised a complaint at thier customer centre with complaint no:180611442 which was to be serviced in 2 days, but they never replied back. after one week i again called Mr Satish, and he repeated the same thing. i again raised the request at customer care, they lodged another complaint with no:85060883. since then i was calling both the sales executive and the customer care regularly but got no response from both. I am attaching a picture of the receipt that he gave to us. Please help us resolve this matter.
