Complaint Details
I am really unsatisfied with the services provided by parlour running in fake name of JAWED HABIB in BAPU NAGAR by a lady Soni, she is giving the visitng cards of JAWED HABIB even though Jawed HABIB people have not given any authority to her to do that, I was cheated as I was required to go for rebonding of my hairs with JAWED but unfortunately i reached the fake parlour; As Without providing sevices she took advance of Rs 5500 from me for rebonding my hairs (Rs. 4500) and Rs 1500 for highlighting but when he did my rebonding i was not at all satisfied and I said to return my money back for highlighting which was to be done 1 week later; for which she took money well before. The rebonding she did in my hairs have damged my hairs badly, she have burnt my hairs by using excessive amount of chemicals which should have not been done. Due to lack of knowledge in the staff the things happened and when I told the things to her she started giving excuses and said i am out of town. she did not gave me my bills after asking for it several times and did not did anything to repair my hairs. My amount got wasted and Rs 1500 are still not returned to me back. Even though after damaging my hairs that lady was not at all ashamed, neither feared of running an parlour in fake name which I came to know later... I request to please help me out.
