Hello sir,

I purchased a aquaguard RO Nano on 10-07-2011 and got it installed on 12-07-2011.The product was not running even at the time of installation and the technicians changed something(no proper answers from them) to make it work.Just after they left the water started overflowing and drenched the entire house, I checked with them for two days since the technicians installed were not even ready to rectify, I raised a Service Request on 14-07-2011 and was attended by a technician on 16-07-2011 for solving the problem. Again from 16-07-2011 evening the machine is not even running and have raised a SR again. In the past 5 days I have raised 3 SR’s, Machine seems to be second handed and also not sure about the quality of technicians and the product they replace from their threatening way of talk and behavior. I was informed that the installation is free of cost but charged 850Rs for Wires and Stand, even when I asked for the bill they are hesitant and saying its company’ policy not to give bills.
Have send a mail to anu kotian spoken with chennai managers hemant(9361877496) and suseekaran(9361874455) from chennai teamand spoken with customer care more than 10 times, but no proper answers till now.

can you help to get the machine running and work atleast till the warranty period.
