Complaint Details
I ordered 2 sets of Aquaguard Total Infiniti Water Purifier product around 3 month ago. The sales person who took the booking was Mr. Ravish Rai with contact no.9810236750 and Mr.Janardhan with contact no.9891429627. I gave them a post dated cheque of Rs 17500/- in favour of Eureka Forbes Ltd. I told him that the rest of the money will be paid in cash on delivery. Both of them agreed to this. Then they told that the machine will be delivered within 10 days and will be installed the next day. My Cheque was cleared within week. But I haven't received my purifiers. I am always in contact with Eureka Forbes at
101-102, DDA Market, GH-08, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi office, for this issue, but Mr. Sunil Kumar the head of Branch, is also not responding with the satisfying answer.
I have made several request to the branch and the concerned person regarding this issue but haven't got any response.

I also sent an email few days back to the company but this has also not been responded.
Please have this resolved at earliest.
