I have purchased a water purifier i.e. AUAGUARD COMPACT from Mr. Chander Dev a Sales Representative of M/s Eureka Forbes ltd on 14/06/2011 vide their invoice no. 361 /039995 at the time of negotiation and installiging machine he promissed me that his company will provide me a Card regarding Life-Time Service Charge absolutely free of cost. In addtion to that company doesnot tested / checked the water (whether it is pure or not) as he has no instrument at that time, which is promissed to check with in next 48 hours. In this regard, I contacted the customer care officer through phone as well by mail on 08/07/2011 also. The customer care officer also promissed that the card is ready in her office and her office will send it by hand (Mr. Chanderdev) at my residence latest by 10th of July. Also the lady has promised me that, she will sent a Engineer / Technician to check the water and installation etc. In response to our telephonic conversation, Mr. Chander Dev of company reached my home on 11th July, 2011 and intimated that, due to absence of dealing officer, my card is not signed by his officer and he again promised me the same will be delivered by him tomorrow i.e. 12th, July, 2011. But the matter is still pending as he not turned up to my residence till date. Hence, it is stated that, neither a Life-Time Service Charge Card absolutely free of cost, nor company's Engineer / Technician has reached my home at 116 / 12, Sector-1, Pushp Vihar, M.B. Road, New Delhi-110017.

Hence it is requested that matter may kindly be investigate, so that, no one can be cheated by this type of false commitment of M/s Eureka Forbes Ltd in future.
