I BOUGHT A VACCUM CLEANER FROM EUREKA FORBES .INV NO 2929103482. WITHIN 1 YEAR THE HOARSE TUBE WAS DAMAGED . I WAS TOLD TO RAISE A COMPLAINT AND THEY PROMISED TO GIVE A REPLACEMENT . SUBSQUENTLY I WAS FOLLOWING UP WITH THE SERVICE CENTER FOR THE SPARE PART . INITIALLY THEY TOLD THAT THE SPARE WILL BE DELIVERED IN 3 WEEKS. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED . RAISED MANY COMPLAINTS , HAVE CONTACTED THE SERVICE CENTER MANY TIMES NO RESPONSE . FINALLY THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY HAVE STOPPED SELLING THAT MODEL .I AM UNABLE TO USE THE VACCUM CLEAner .MY CUSTOMER ID IS 1006427683.PLEASE HELP.
