I PURCHASED ONE WATER FILTER (AQUASURE,AMRIT)ON 3.7.2011 FROM BIG BAZAR. AND WHEN STARTED TO USE IT ON MY HOME FOUND SOME LEAKAGE FROM THE BODY OF THE PURIFIER DUE TO A HAIRLINE CRACK ON ITS BODY.I THEN REGISTERED ON-LINE COMPLAINT (COMPLAINT NO. 17ece5f78b64)AS WELL AS I CONTACTED THE PERSON MR. ANKUSH (AS TOLD BY HIM) WHO HAD SOLD THIS PRODUCT TO ME I INFORMED HIM ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.THEN HE INFORMED ME THAT HE HAS ALSO LODGED A COMLAINT NO. 85147444 AND SOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY WILL ATTEND TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM. AFTER THAT I GOT SOME PHONE CALLS OVER MY MOBILE FROM MOBILE NO. 9650195538 THAT EITHER HE OR SOMEONE ELSE FROM HIS COMPANY WILL LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM. BUT NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO ATTEND THIS PROBLEM TILL DATE LET ALONE RECTIFY IT DESPITE MY FOLLOWING THIS PROBLEM ONLINE AS PER PROCEDURE AND INFORMING THE SALES PERSON AT THE SAME TIME.AS SUCH I AM FEELING REALLY AGGRIEVED AND CHEATED.THEREFORE IT REQUESTED TO DO JUSTICE WITH ME.
