Complaint Details
I have purchased a gas stove GS02M on 18.07.08 from Tatanagar Appliances invoice no 1478 dated 18.7.08 ;gas stove serial no : 8cc0976.
The gas stove stainlessteel body is cracked;This show that the steel is not of good quality.

The email was sent to TTK customercare on 11th Nov 2010.

the screen shot of all my email attached.

They have sent the service people;but they have a look and went away without giving any details.

I have sent so many eamil but there was no response.



Therefore i request you to look into the matter at earliest and rectify the complain at earliest.
