SIR,
We are having water purifier "INIOIVIO".We have obtained contract from your dealer F.K. Enterprise of Ghodasar area at Ahmedabad for the period 04/07/2010 to 03/07/2011.The contract receipt No. :10 17836254.The dealer has not given regular service in spite of continuous reminders. Now we have shifted our residence from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar.The water purifuer is not working we have contacted on 09/07/2011to your call Euro Helpline on 39883333 and has suggested to contact on phone No.07922831/851. After discussion they have sent your representative Mr. Navin Solanki on 09/07/2011(M) 9898581178.Shri Solanki inform that he will come on 11/07/2011. On 11/07/2011 he was not come we have contact your office, they have advised to demand for I.D. & Password if any person come. Again Mr. Solanki visited on 13/07/2011 we have ask for I.D. and password. Both are not available with him he went and said after three days he will come.

Sir we have continuous followed up over telephone but no response received till date. I kindly request you to please look in to the matter and solve the matter. Our details are as under.
