Complaint Details
I had taken AMC for 1 year by paying Rs. 3510/ on 20th July'11. The technician changed the filters on 21st. Same day after he left the R.O. machine started leaking. I have been coplaining for the last five days at the above service office but no one has come to even have a look at the complaint despite assurances by Bhumika that it will be rectified urgently. I am not able to use the filter and forced to purchase bottled water for last five days.
