Complaint Details
I made an order on swiggy. Order #6853455347. The payment was processed at 10:53 am on March 29,2020. As soon as the payment was processed the order was cancelled. Calling swiggy customer service I found out that they had issued me a refund on my card and expected to received in 5-10 business days. Since there was no restaurant error and the fact that the order was cancelled with a minute of making payment. The charge applied by swiggy was a deceptive payment. Swiggy has a bad reputation for not providing refund and thus accepting a payment when they had no intention of fulfilling the order was a bad faith transaction.
