Sir,

I tried to purchase hdfc click 2 protect 3D plus term life insurance from HDFC LIFE website and i made the premium payment for the same using my american express credit on 02.04.2020 and the payment was successful on bank’s payment gateway but after payment i was redirected to hdfc life website with a payment failure page. I have sent mail to onlinequery@hdfclife.com, several times but till now there is no response from them. I contacted with American Express also and according to them amount has already been processed to HDFC LIFE. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.
