I am customer of Aqua guard water solutions from the last 3 years. Recently I have replaced my existing water purifies with the new product called 'AQUA GUARD TOTAL GREEN RO'.

I bought this dated 11-May-2011. Invoice Number : 7611100806, Order No : 761048759 at Secunderabad region. I stay at tarnaka which comes under Secunderabd Region.

Problem I am facing :

Product was working fine after the installation. Oneday i.e on 16th Jun 2011 a technician from Aqua Guard visited my house and he has performed service to the product. Immedialty after that the product stopped working. After the complaint a group of technicians came and done some repair and made the product in working condition but the water tatste is changed completely.It is not working as per the standards.The same is confirmed by the techinicians. It was spoiled by the service technician of the company. Taste of the water is completely changed and the scale shows the water is above 290 (toc?) or more which is supposed to be 80 ot 90.we have stopped using the water from the product becuase the taste of the water is not good.

I have raised a series of complaints with the company call canter at 3988 3333 but there is no resolution for this.Ticket numbers are below.

It is a common proctice from the call center to close the ticket without the resoulton and raise a new ticket when we follow up. It is frustating.

I am purchasing water from outside for Rs 70 everyday. It is costing me heavily.( 40 *70= Rs 2800 till date)

It's been 1.5 months I am suffering and the company is not responding to the customer problem.

What I am Expecting

Keeping the product performance is not upto the mark and water taste is changed completly, I request replacement of the product immedialty without any delay. It clearly shows the product is spoiled by the technician and it is a failure from the company.
