Complaint Details
I had purchased stamps woth INR 328 from Dharaa stamps on March 20, 2020. The items were dispatched by Speed Post on March 20. As of May 22, I have not received the item. I contacted Dharaa Stamps but they evade the question of refunding the purchase amount (INR 328). Instead they have only filed a complaint against Speed Post. Dharaa Stamps takes no responsibility for the missing items.

All-in-all, I want my payment to be refunded to the debit card used in the transaction. Thank you.
