This painful journey of mine is started when I purchased water purifier named "AQUAGUARD TOTAL PROTEC from Rajkot vide invoice No 1160103018/dtd 28.07.2010. Since it purchased no satisfactory functing noticed. and till my last complaint i.e on dtd. 06.05.11. almost 3 months machine is totally out of order. but till date no any positive action shown by company. each and every time different stories and different excuses has been given . and now the day come . yes on 28.07.11 My warranty expires. I have first given my complaint in Rajkot office in physical forms on dtd. 28/03/2011. The all the buddies in this company are just passing the time. I have also attached my last physical correspondence in which I have been asked for giving the model name which I would prefer against my faulty machine. I have wasted so many amount for phone calls. My total family members suffering from various water borne dieses due to bad water supplied by authority in this rainy days. I can not understand why the company not responding my complaints positively ? they are taken this issue so casually. My suffering limit is over now. after spending Rs. 13500/- I am getting my family in bed of hospitals. this is ridicules . He God please save me from this situation.
