Complaint Details
Due to COVID-19 Pandemic we are forced to do work from home but my internet isn't working properly despite continuous follow up they didn't send any technician. On June 12,2020 I personally visit their branch office in mira road but still my issue didn't resolved. It's been more than 7 days I am just following up with them which has lead to wastage of my time. Further I have raised such issue on Twitter but no help was provided from their.
