Complaint Details
I bought the Eurka Forbes water purifier Total Infinity WP system on the 13th of June '11, and it has stopped working on 17th July '11 . Several calls to the company, customer care and local service center have gone un-answered. I am greatly inconvenienced as I have a small child and a home full of guests and no drinking water. Even after buying such an expensive machine ( INR 9990) I have to daily spend money on bottled water. We are unable to hold any one person accountable for the rectification of the machine. I have no confidence in their product and service and would like a full refund of the payment made. Kindly help us in this regard.
