Complaint Details
I have exchanged my old gold ornaments and purchased new jewels in sree kumaran thangamaligai (Tiruvallur Branch) on 08/02/2020.During this transaction there is credit of 4315 Rs in my advance payment account . I tried to purchase gold coin for this amount on 16/06/2020, but they are not allowing me to buy gold coin. But in the advance payment receipt they have not mentioned any where.Soft copy for the same enclosed.
