Complaint Details
I have purchased a water purifier (Reviva model) nearly about 12000/- on 04.08.2010. On 09.07.11 the machine was not working, immediately I booked complaint to their service centre and their office. THey taken the machine for repairy on 12.07.11. Till yesterday not yet get repaired. And they are keep on telling one or other reasons. The service engineers those who have attended the case are very poor quality. Today they kept back the machine after so caled repairy and asked us to Rs. 650/ for changing certain filters. I have apid the said amount. after they went machine is getting over flow and with out current machine is overflowing. shortly, still the machine is not functioning properly.
The response for the company is very poor. and after the lapse of 3 weeks also they cannot rectify the mistakes of the machine.
So kindly look into the matter very seriously and take necessary steps to get the machine in working condition. If i will not get any response from them, I may forced to go for legal remedy. Expecting an early remedy inthis regard, Thanking You
