Complaint Details
On 1st July 2020, I ordered (order number: 15936159849030172W) some vegetables online on https://www.jiomart.com. There were a few vegetables which were substandard and rotten. I immediately sent an email on 7th July 2020, the day they delivered reporting the same. I requested them to either replace with the fresh ones or refund my money. Till now I have sent several reminders but I have still not got my refund of Rs.225.
