Complaint Details
As per service contract receipt no. 17773691 eureka forbes was bound to repair the water purifier model no. INOVA w.e.f.24.09.2010 to 23.09.2012. On 25.07.2011 a complaint was lodeged on phone no. 0612-3245065 at their service center regarding non functioning of the equipment but till date i.e. 27.07.2011 no one attended to repair the water purifier.
