Complaint Details
1. On Saturday 22-07-2011, I talked to Eureka Forbes Customer Care Executive on phone 011-39883333, regarding purchase of RO Unit. Immediately , I got a call from Mr. Rakesh Srivastava as a executive on behalf of Eureka Forbes.
2. On Sunday 23-07-2011, Mr. Rakesh Srivastava came to my home and I agreed to buy a Aquaguard Total ENHANCE RO Unit. So I hand over him a cheque of Rs.11990 in the name of Eureka Forbes Ltd.He agreed to deliver the unit onthe very next day 24-07-2011.
3. From 24-07-2011 onwards I am following him on Phone, Everyday he has been promising me to deliver the RO unit. I talked to Eureka Forbes Customer Care executive, they do not provide me the reason to late delivery.My Complaint/Request Number with the Eureka Forbes is 85222129.
4.I am a very Simple person working with Hindustan Times. I have a humble request, please provide me the justice.
