My mobile # 9894775505. I have been consistently facing problem from the date of purchasing Aqua sure-Crystal. I have been raising this to the company and they hv been promptly sending their executives for more than 6 times in the last six months. But when the same problem again occurred in July, i had logged a call (Ref No.85158567) on July 15th. When there was no update, i had logged another two complaint on 25-07-2011 (Ref # 85207908 & 63062808). Ironically, these requests are still not acted on and the purpose of getting this machine is getting defeated and we are buying water cans from outside. Apart from spending time on followups, i want them to pay me for the mental agony and for the unfair trade practices that they hv been doing to me
