Dear Sir,
I like to inform you that, I am using Classic Machine last 10 to 15 years at my home address is F.Chandanmal Jain No 10, Strotten Muthia Mudali Street, 2nd floor, Chennai 600 079. Ph 044 25392822 / 9444468701. I have giving AMC to your Company regularly Last AMC has taken on dt 24/10/2009 to 22/10/2011. In last AMC 4 service coupon has given till 17/06/2011 (not use service coupon). I have 4 service coupons as it is.
Your staff Mr. Prabhakaran has visited our office and inform your new product if REVIVA – RO. And your staff Mr. Prabhakaran has told to us your AMC charges which you have paid it will be refund to you.
And I have taken you new product REVIVA - RO on DT 17/06/2011 Receipt no 019462. But till date I have not received my AMC charges refund in this regard I have given mail and toll free complain no 85152221 DT 13/07/2011 time 5.04pm. I have call Dt 27/07/2011 they have given Mr. Vasanth no 9361877710 this no is switch off again I have call they have given Mr. Suresh no 044 30281695 / 9677043431. Land line no is switch off and I have call in mobile and received the call and immediate disconnect the call again I have than not received the call and disconnected. This is your reputed company and giving the advertisement and we are taking your product and your manager has not given the reply and disconnects the phone. Than who will faith your company. Now I think I have choice wrong water purify company. If you will not take any action against this I will take legal action against your company.
I request you please look in to the matter and send the AMC charges refund to us immediately.
