Complaint Details
we are using the aquasure crystal Water Purifier of eureka forbes.We had requested for the services to check our purifiers as water which purifier was providing was not a filter water and was unsafe for drinking.Their technician visit to us not having an Id card instead he was having an Id card of another person called Keshav on making confirmation Himanshu enterprises confirm to us that he is technician of himanshu enterprises only after repairing our purifier the technician didn't provide us the bill and also force us to make payment as the product was in warranty so we are not required to give any charges.We again call Himanshu Enterprise saying that your technician is not providing us the Bill and also asking us to make payment for the serivces . Mr Naresh confirm us that you make payment for the services.On next very day our executive will provide us with the Bill.But the next very day has not come yet whenever we call them they gave a same monotonous reply that tomorrow morning you wll get the bill.We are fed up with their responses so we are submitting before you Our Grievances .We are requesting them for bill almost for more than 3 weeks.
