I am using EUREKA FORBES water purifier, and i have registered a complaint on monday with their office and i was promised that the person will attend on tuesday. I again called ontuesday as no one came and i was promised that will be attended on wednesday, On thursday night i again reached them and they said they have not registered any complaint so far which was very surprising and was told the customer log was misplaced and the person has taken it to home so they cannot look the complaint. Today morning i called the helpline who promised for a callback from the office in couple of hours and was not given, when i reached them again in the evening they said the complaint has to be routed to another office.. I am seriously confused with the process and extremely stressed as i have not got my complaint resolved still. I am not able to use my water purifier for more than a week and am buying water cans from outside even though i have installed a purifier. appreicate if i am given resolution and actions are taken against those who failed to deliver their duties..
