dear sir, we purchased aquaguard ro silver on 02/06/2009, bill no-1209101013 from eureka forbes limited. When we purchased the ro system they said that there is 2 year warranty and there will be no additional cost for 2 years and now they are saying that the filters of the ro system are to be changed yearly which costs Rs-3650(approx). They never mentioned this when we purchased their ro system. Please help regarding the matter.
