I have opted for AMC for two years for AUQAGUARD installed at my house from Eureka Forbes. As per AMC, there is need to replace candles at least once a year and service at leat twice a year and as and when called. However since 26.03.2010 till 30.07.2011, only one visit is made by the service provider. Atfer that with continuous phone call reuqest there is no response from this service provider. Since Vapi is identified as polluted, drinking of water from my existing water purifier is now may be dangerous due to lack of periodic maintenance even after paying in advance. I have logged complaint with Eureka Forbes ref. No. dfdf72b7e30e dated 29.06.2011, but no response at all
