I had purchased a water purifier from eureka forbes mumbai vile parle office.the machine was defective and inspite of several requests they have not solved the issue.all they say is that the machine is out of stock and willl be replaced once in stock.Right from the sales person to the technicians the kind of service received is atrocious.Only Mr.Akhilesh Srivastav has been polite enough to get back but yet the machine is not replaced.The staff also does not seem to have proper knowledge of the product.I request that the machine be replaced or i recieve my entire money back.Also the staff of eureka forbes needs to be well trained as to how to behave with the customer and not to misguide the customer.
