Complaint Details
I have a Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel vacuum cleaner wherein the dust bag has ruptured. Have been following up with Eureka Forbes for the last 3 months to get a new dust bag. They have transferred my call to 4 different service centers and despite more than 30 follow ups no-one has bothered to answer the same. I am quite depressed and unhappy with the dismal service levels of Eureka Forbes
