Complaint Details
I have booked this appartment in 2005 with promise of delivery in 2007 and written promise to refund pre-emi paid till possession. However got possesion in 2010,that too by paying 100% before completion of the project/flat work and forgoing agreed compensation for delay. Somehow after paying 100% and with regular followup at site, got the flat work completed in livable condition. one year has passed from that time but builder is still not commiting on lifts, common amenities,power backup . Even the things of basic hygiene like sewage lines are overflowing as it has been note done properly and builders response is untimely even for such health and safety issue.
