The aquaguard reviva water filter which has been bought three months back has one year of free service and service on paying after one year.It has stopped working now.It has been promised that service would be done within twenty four hours on filing the complaint. But it is nearly two weeks but nothing has happened since. The location of the house is exactly between the coverage area of two service centers(pallavaram and Chengalpet). Each one saying that it is the responsibility of the other office to do the service and not ours. I have been calling back and forth the two service centres but each one simply saying that they won't attend. I have called the service manager and have been calling the helpline number provided by eureka forbes but I have not been able to push the issue further.It has been into a sort of deadlock. The present situation is the machine is repaired and they don't seem ready to attend it.
