Complaint Details
I have purchased Auqua guard Total enhanced on last Saturday 23rd July, 2011.
The Sales person Pretham contact no: 9743167735, promise me if I take this product he will provide me a two coupons of Rs 250 each so which I can use for service beyond warranty for two additional service.

However after I made the payment, no one is bother to pickup the call nor bother to address my issue.

Also they have not provided the invoice copy of the same only written slip of the credit card charge. Also one technicain should come to check the water quality, that also did not turn after repeated request.
