Bought this unit about 20 days ago and I already called them three times with a serious issue. The units randomly leaks the water flooding our entire kitchen, dining and living rooms. Since many times it happened at night, it was very painful to clean. I had called once and a service tech came and did some repair. The problem did not solve. So I called multiple times and no one cares. Everyting I called, I spoke to their customer service and their assurances were lies as no one showed up.
I want to return this defective product for my money back so that I can buy a different make.
Though there are other better products, I bought this for its support.
