I bought the latest water purifier "Aquaguard DUO". The machine is not properly installed by the engineer which lead to leakage problem for which I waited for 4-5 days to get a technician to visit my place and fix it (not to my satisfaction), the technician visited was ill trainined for the new machine. Now after 1-2 weeks time the machine again got problem, it is not filtering the water at all.The same technician visited last Friday but he couldn't fix.
I been chasing the customer care (comp no: 85238885) but no result,I'm chasing the sales guy who served me, the Branch manager for our area Dwarka Branch but none of the concerned is ready to resolve my problem.I'm purposfully hiding the contacts by respecting their personal feeling.
Now After spending 15K for a purifier I'm still spending minimum of 100 Rs for domestic water use.
I would like to replace the machine with the new one as there is no point to keep the machine serviced by some ill skilled people.I opted this forum for a quicker action.
