Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchesed Euroclean W/D vaccum cleaner on 24th May 2011,through direct sales for Rs.10,990/- cash payment.On which I've been told that the Computerised Bill (Tax Invoice) will be despatched by courier in a due course.
After one month I've reminded local office of Eureca Forbes Ltd,Kalyan about non receipt of Bill, and again waited for one more month.Still there were no reply,hence called up their Office as well as Sales Person(Mr.Yogesh Shirore).
On 26th July 2011 Mr.Yogesh Shirore dropped a copy of Bill(Dtd.26th May2011) to me which was of Rs.10,490/-(less by Rs.500/-).On my querry Why it is less by Rs.500/-? he plainly answered that he has adjusted somebody's old vaccum cleaner as buy- back for Rs.500/- in my bill.This was not acceptable by me hence asked for the Bill of full amount of Rs.10,990/-,also informed his office and Team Leader(Mr.Ganesh Ote).
After sometime Mr.Yogesh,Sales Person and Mr.Ganesh,Team Leader both called me to state that their Accounts section has refused to issue new Bill on my name because the record created can not be changed and so on.I told them that as a Coustomer it is my right to get a receipt of full amount paid by me,if not I'll make a complaint to the Head Office.
On this Mr.Yogesh arrived with new bill of Rs.10,990/- with a different Sr.no.& Customer ID not matching to mine,I did refused that also,since it was illeagal & sent him back.It made me very upset to see that the duo (I belive alongwith accounts person) were trying to fool a Coustomer.
Again Mr.Ganesh,Team Leader called me up and his reply was shocking and non-acceptable,they offered me Rs.500/-cash to make adjustment.On refusing that by me,they asked me to deposite my Vaccum Cleaner & offered me a brand new vaccum cleaner to get fresh Bill of Rs.10,990/-.
Off course I did refused their stupid offers & complained this matter to Eureka Forbes Ltd.Head Office,Customer care section.They reply that I'll get my receipt very soon,but till date I've not received my receipt of full payment (Rs.10,990/-) also not single call about it.
With all this above,my complaint is about their system-
-Do these people are leaded by some responsible Person or they are free to do whatever they like?
-Is there any account of no goods they sell/deposite back?
-Do they really care about coustomer which is suppose to be their bread n butter.
-Is there any value of Sr.no of the goods.to claim Warranty.
-Is there any maening of Customer ID.
-Do their system have regular audits.
I hope with your help I'll be able to get my full amount receipt,& also give a lesson to these pepole,who fools customer.
