We have purchased new AQUAGUARD TOTAL REVIVA water purifier since installation this purifier is not working.We have complained each and every related person of the compny EUREKA FORBES but but nothing came fruitfull.Company could not given us a new water purifier they had give a small debba.We have complained more than 20 times on phone,on mail, and verbaly to replace this condem water purifier but company try to make eye wash.We impressed with your details about AQUAGUARD-RO TOTAL REVIVA WP System given in your booklets and purchased the above but I regret to say...1) As per Eureka-You are proud that we chosen Aquaguad but My opinion-Irepent to have it.My wrong decision..2)Eureka-India's only water purifier superbrand...My opinion Aquaguard is India's only inferior brand. 3)Eureka -you have trained service Technicians ..My opinion -It is not so.Your more than 12 technicians have visited on the basis of my complaints but all failed to find out the defect of R.O.First technician says -I have first time opened this type of water purifier..Second says Its pump (motor)is not working.It does not lift the water,Why the new water purifiers motor not working Its mean company installed diffective purifier.Your senior most tecchnician so called area technical head asked us to install a extra filter and we did it but all invain.We are copmlainig since the water purifier installed that water purifier is not workin..We asked to change it but your staff and technicians has been taken whole one year and now they are saying warente of purifier is over hoe come .Company installed us deffective Our numbers of complained prove this.This is our humbel reques to please replase this and install new purifier.I have Eureka's Aquaguard Total R.O Reviva but We are purchasing Bislery water and spending thausands of rupees.Detaile of our few complints..8th 0ct. request no 0059737930,6th nov 2010 request no 0060064949,19th nov. 2010 request no00601742442nd june request no 0966416161629th june 2011 62748633,30june 2011 request no0062774922 and many more on email and land line phones.
