This man called Raju [mob # 9768371735] has not provided the reqd service. For the past 10 days [my complaint was on July 25] he has been telling me everyday that he would come to my house to attend to my complaint, but neither turns up at his workplace, nor responds to calls. His family members answer the phone and tell me at 2pm that he is sleeping. If he is sleeping in the middle of a workday and doesn't wish to respond to a customer, then clearly, he is clearly not interested in his job. Please have him fired.He works at the Mahakali [Andheri East] service centre of Eureka Forbes
