Dear Sir,
I had taken a 2 year annual maintanence contract of Eureka Forbes (Aquaguard Nova) in the month of May 2010. As per the contract Eureka Forbes Pvt Ltd is required to replace the purifier candles and carbon rod once in every year.But in spite of several phone calls and persuasion from May 2011, nobobody from the company's servicing team turns up till date. Further they are required to visit and replace the spare parts without any intimation from us as it is one of the prerequisite of the sucessful compliance of the contract.
I think such type of unprofessional after sales service in Orissa can create negative vibes in the mind of people like us as it is seen that Eureka Forbes Pvt Ltd is more interested to sell their products and least interested to provide customers after sale service.
