Complaint Details
I have purchased a new water purifier(Aqua guard Reviva)on the day of installation it is making some noise during the working then representative says this will be silent after some time but the problem is same. After some days I saw some black particles and some sand in the tank of purifier but service engineer says no problem I will clean the tank and noise is coming from the pump it will change when part is available in store. while service engineer came two times at my house and problems are same So I decide to revert the product but Mr. Mishra says it is not possible while problem is from the first day of installation and time have passed approx 25 days with the problem.
