Dear Sir / Madam,
Subject: No response on the complaint / request register no. 60716485.
I Ms. Jyoti Jadhav have given a service complaint on 3rd January, 2011 through Euro helpline no-39883333 for my Classic water purifier of Eureka Forbes. For my future contact I was given cust no. 1003721216. I was told in next 2 days service technician will attend the call. Since there was no response I made a call giving complaint no. ref 60716485 on 7th Jan and was told it will be taken care on 8th Jan. With no response to the same I called back on 8th Jan for 4 consecutive times and yet no response for the register complaint neither a call giving any clarification for the instance till 10th Jan'11 noon.
I have taken 3years AMC starting 10/07/10 to 7/7/13. My contract receipt no. for the same is 17956818.
I have been repeatedly explaining the complaint to different executive and verifying my registered address but with no solution.
If this is the kind of service after taking 3yrs of AMC, I would like to get my AMC amt refund and would like to discontinue with your services.
