I purchased a water purifier in Aug 2008 model Integra7. During the year 2008-09, only 3 of the 4 quarterly services were performed. In Sep 2009, the Service Partner of Eureka Forbes - M/s Pawan Enterprises charged me an amount of Rs 4000 towards AMC. Once again, for the period 2009-10, NO service was made available. In Sep 2010, when the same Service Partner approached me with another AMC demand of Rs 4100, I questioned them about the lack of service since my previous AMC payment of Sep 2009. Since Oct 2010, there is no offer for service, and I am approaching yet another September, and will be handed over the demand for AMC charge. Meanwhile, the purifier is working for nearly a year without any attention. This is not acceptable when I have been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years, and after having paid a small fortune of Rs 24,000 for this purifier. I find this highly unprofessional behavior from a reputed organization like Eureka Forbes Ltd.
